IN-HOUSE ATTORNEY POSITION OPENING (U.S. LICENSED)

SK Energy Co., Ltd., the leading energy and petrochemical company in Korea, is seeking U.S. licensed attorneys with 5 years experience and under to join the legal departments of SK Energy Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries in their Seoul offices.

A successful candidate would have a J.D. degree, some proficiency in the Korean language (though not required), be a team player, highly motivated and interested in pursuing a committed career in the energy and petrochemical industry.  Furthermore, he/she should have excellent negotiation, analytical, and writing skills.  Responsibilities primarily include corporate and transactional work, i.e., M&A, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and strategic alliance agreements, dispute resolution, corporate governance, etc.
